Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the services (the “Service”) provided by Just Poker Chip (the “App”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all matters relating to use of the Service between users and the App.

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)

When using the Service, users must not engage in any of the following conduct:

• Conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Conduct related to criminal activity
• Conduct that disrupts or interferes with the servers or networks used by the Service
• Conduct that may interfere with operation of the App
• Using the Service for actual gambling or to encourage gambling
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the App

Article 3 (Disclaimers)

• The App makes no express or implied warranty that the Service is free from factual or legal defects, including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security, or from errors, bugs, or infringement of rights.
• The App assumes no liability for damages incurred in connection with the Service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• The Service is a tool for managing poker chips. It does not promote, facilitate, or act on behalf of users in financial transactions or gambling.

Article 4 (Changes to These Terms)

The App may amend these Terms when it determines that changes are necessary. Updated Terms take effect when posted through the App or on this website.

Article 5 (Paid Plan)

The App offers a non-consumable paid plan that remains available after a one-time purchase. The purchase removes all ads and unlocks the ability to register multiple players on one device.

• Price: JPY 500, including tax. Outside Japan, the price displayed in your local currency on the App Store applies.
• Payment and management: Payment is processed through Apple Inc.’s In-App Purchase system. RevenueCat is used to validate and manage purchase status. Payments and transaction terms are subject to Apple’s terms.
• Refunds: Because this is digital content, purchases generally cannot be canceled or refunded, except where available under Apple’s policies or applicable law.
• Restore purchases: If you change devices or reinstall the App, you can restore the paid plan at no additional charge by using the same Apple ID.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service is subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the App’s developer.
